Biyomedikal Mühendisi / Biomedical Engineer

We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer to work at our Istanbul headquarters office and provide support to our teams in the Head Office, Antalya, Ankara, Baku, and Russia offices.

Our company operates in the field of medical devices, accessories, and consumables, carrying out sales, supply, and project activities for public and private healthcare institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively communicate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers regarding medical devices and consumables

• Analyze customer needs and provide technical information about products

• Review and prepare technical specifications

• Conduct demonstrations and prepare promotional videos for devices and accessories in our portfolio

• Prepare promotional materials such as brochures and catalogs for devices and accessories in our portfolio

• Take responsibility for Product Tracking System registrations for new products and prepare the required certificates and manuals

• Communicate directly with manufacturers to organize and control import shipments

• Coordinate with manufacturers regarding technical inspections and product modifications

• Provide support materials (training documents, feature lists, etc.) to other company staff in coordination with manufacturers

• Act as a communication bridge between the Technical Service team and manufacturers when necessary

• Prepare proposal and presentation files for turnkey projects

• Identify and establish contact with new manufacturers to expand our portfolio in line with the company’s short- and long-term plans

• At least 2 years of experience in medical device import and export
• Proficient in computer use
• Good/Intermediate level of English (strong in translation and speaking)
• Knowledge of Russian as a second foreign language will be preferred
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license and active driver
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
• Team-oriented
• Knowledgeable in electronic and mechanical systems
• No travel restrictions
• For male candidates, completion of military service
